1250 hrs worked

Does 1250 hrs worked mean actual time working or can sick time or vacation time be counted towards your 1250 hrs needed to apply for flma?

No only hours "Physically worked" count. Not worked but paid (sick time, holiday time, vacation time, etc.) does NOT count.
