Is FMLA prorated on whether you are part-time or full-time or does it just matter that you have satisfied the requirements?

Re: Fmla

You're not entitled to FMLA/CFRA leave unless you satisfy all requirements of minimum 1250 hours worked in the last 12 months, with minimum 12 months length of service, for an employer with minimum 50 employees. If you qualify and are denied, or retaliated against for taking leave, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
