Paternity Leave

My girlfriend just gave birth to my son and i'm on FMLA.

I wanted to know if i get paid for my time off?

I took of on 5/14/04-5/20/04.

My job said that I am not getting paid for my time off.

Wanted to know if that was true.

Employers do not have to pay you for time not worked. You can use up any sick or vacation time accrued under FMLA.
