Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I'm accused of a threat and being sued for civil cost of ''security''
After arguing with a company I called the office of ceo and said I would kick his as* and he was dead if it didn't stop. (stupid angry rant )He deemed it a threat, hired more security and PI's to find me and in 2 wks says he spent $40,000 in cost. Now is coming after me for this ridiculously high number. How do I dispute this and is it reasonable to a judge/jury for $20,000/ wk cost?

You should retain legal counsel.

Either hire a lawyer to defend you, or stop whining.
