awarded compensatory damages

I was awarded comp. dam. from int. tort case. Asked for puni. Judge denied. st not per. inj. I proved without doubt per. inj. Judge also allowed def. wit to skate on subp. I want to app. Can I go try to coll. comp award while app. puni? Also is corp resp. for emp. in int. tort?

You've asked several questions and it's not entirely clear based on your abbreviations what, exactly, happened.

Once you have a judgment you can proceed with collection attempts.

WIth regarding to corporation being responsible, it depends on whether you sued the corporation and whether it was found liable.

Or, are you asking whether you can now sue the corporation?
