Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I bought a new car in november 28 2015 from a deal in fairfield ca. added my trade-in chevy cruze 2012, all went well until I notice they have not paid off my existing trade load from my credit union, I gave then a call and all I get is the round around and nothing gets done. Now i'm getting close to making another auto loan to credit union for the car that was traded in.

What can I do?? now I still have 2 car loans to pay??
