Brother sold my belongings

I moved out of state and left my belongings at my brothers house to hold until I returned to pick them up. Found out he sold my belongings without my permission. What kind of civil case would have as far as getting reimbursed for what was sold?

If under $7,500 in value, small claims for conversion of your property.
