Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Bug in salad purchased from Mcdonalds

I ordered a salad with no meat from Mcdonalds and not only got bacon on my salad, but I also got a strange-looking bug crawling under the lettuce. I need to know what type of attorney would handle this kind of thing. Also, I am not looking to sue, but rather to bring this to the attention of Mcdonald's corporation for health & safety purposes- the legal way, to be sure someone listens. Thanks.

I would be pleased to write to McDonalds on your behalf for $5000, payable up front. If eating the bug raised your cholesterol, enclose a recent lipid profile with your check and we will discuss a possible class action lawsuit.
