Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

In California if your ordered by the court to pay attorneys fees after losing a case, is this enforced like any other debt? Does it result in a judgment and a possible attachment to bank accounts, and if it is not paid can it affect a losing party's credit rating?

Yes. An attorney fee award becomes a judgment, and is enforced in the same manner as any other judgment.

Not only that, they can collect attorneys fees for collecting.
