case management statement-got late

I missed the 15 day period of filing the Case Management Statement with the Riverside Superior Court. is there anything i can do now? it is fixed for hearing on 20 June 09. will it affect the proceedings of my case

File it ASAP. Judges will usually cut you some slack as long as the CMC Statement is filed before the CMC hearing.

Just get it filed as soon as possible and if necessary apologize for the late filing and tell the Judge your intention is to stay on top of all deadlines in the case going forward.
