Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have a civil case and I don't want to go to the court date because the judge is always just forcing me to accept the settlement and I don't want to. Last time her said if I don't come he will dismiss everything. My question is if w does dismiss it can I appeal it?

Not showing up will justify the dismissal and you will lose your appeal. You must show up. However, if you do not want to settle the judge cannot force you. Simply show up and if the judge tries to pressure you into settlement respectfully decline.
