Condo Association

My condo association hired someone

to dump acetone/paint thinner under

my house to deter cats from living

there. Fire department came out-

told me it was a fire hazard. The

fumes filled my house. I cannot stay

there. What are my options?

Sue the condo association, the dumper, and the harebrained individual(s) who thought this up. They should be arrested and charged with 1) dumping toxic waste; 2) cruelty to animals; 3) reckless endangerment. And they have made your building a Superfund site. If it's your condo, you might never be able to legally sell it. Call a lawyer specializing in environmental law.
