how to construct a lawsuit for an elderly man that lost his house to his niece

Hi, Can anyone help me construct a lawsuit for a man that lost his house by signing papers for his niece. He did not know what he was signing. One was a loan the which he received no money and the other was a notary that came to his house and his niece had him sign away his rights to ownership of his home for lifetime usage of her home which his mother willed to him when she died. His niece kicked him out after signing the papers. He has no money and lives off of social security and ssi as he is disabled. If there is anything that anyone can help me with the construction of the letter I can do the top part and the end but I need to know what to put in the middle. Thank you so much

Do not draft lawsuits for people. What you are doing is a misdemeanor crime. You do not have the skill set, and you do not have a license to practice law. Have the individual who is directly affected call a lawyer and make an appointment.
