Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

How can I get the correct address of the person I'm suing from the courts? I filed a civil suit against someone but the last know address I have is incorrect. Their current address is on file with the courts. Can I subpoena the courts for the address so I can continue with the civil suit?

NOTE: (I listed this once but the people that answered misunderstood)

I filed the lawsuit but the address for them is not current.

The court does have the address since I'm being forced to pay the person I'm suing over another matter that's related, so I guess that the treasurer's office has the address.

I have no need for a lawyer, I know for a fact that I will win my case and most likely they will be arrested on site.

Go to the clerk's office and ask to see the file for the related matter. Their address will be listed in their pleadings.
