Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

How many days after a defaut is entered do you have to request or have your proveup hearing. I need to know that we are not up against a deadline.

45 days. Cal Rules of Court 3.110(h). 360 days if it is a debt collection matter. Rule 3.740(f).
