Deposition Rules
My husband and I are in pro-per. My husband has been deposed. I will be attending his deposition. What are the ''rules'' pertaining to my tape recording the deposition? Where may I find written materials pertaining to California's deposition rules? Thank you.

You really do not have to tape record a deposition since you will receive a copy of it after it is transcribed. I would be happy to explain the deposition process to you without charge if you call me at 714 363 0220.
