Effect of TRO On Appearance In Court
Hello,
I am about to file suit in Small Claims against a party that has a temporary restraining order of a significant duration against me. This does not preclude me from appearing in court and presenting my case does it?
Thank You

No. There's no restriction to you appearing in court. That's why there's a guy/gal there with a gun.
Re: Effect of TRO On Appearance In Court
All you have to do is make sure that you stay on the other side of the court room and do not talk except when called by the judge during the small claims action. Your nasty opponent may make fun of you, but you will be doing the correct thing.
