Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

eviction

we have a boat at a marina and we got a sumons that say we have 5 days to respond how do i do this? does it have to be on court froms? or can i simply remove our boat we are paid in full owe nothing so can't i just move it instead of going to court?

If you were current on the rent, you cannot be served an unlawful detainer, unless it is based on somthing other than non-payment. If you fax me the Summons and Complaint to 714 363 0229, I will provide you with free consultation.
