The Orange County Superior Court is located at 8141 13th Street, City of Westminster (www.occourts.org). But you will need a lawyer to prevail on your claim. You can sue for up to $7,500 without a lawyer in small claims court. Watch out for legal time limits.

You are required to file a 'lawsuit' in the superior court of the county where the defendant lives, or where the 'act' /accident /incident /damage occurred. If you don't know proper court pleadings and procedure, you're going to have trouble doing so effectively. Get an attorney. If it is a valid case, with a defendant that has assets, then an attorney might be interested. If so, feel free to contact me.
