Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Fired and MAD!

A verbal argument occurred at work between a former co-worker and I. The former co-worker pushed me and ended up getting fired. A couple days later, I was fired and was told that it was because of ''liability reasons.'' I filed for unemployment, and I was declined due to ''fighting at work.'' What should I do? Can I possibly sue someone and win this? I'm a frustrated man right now. Someone please tell me some good news...
