Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Hi,

I am self-represented party, and i made several mistakes while filing the complaint. My causes of action were wrong in the first place because i wanted to sue for discrimination/Civil. I chose intentional tort, Breach of contract and Exemplary damages. Demurrer was sustained to the causes to action w/o leave. I want to know that if i can i change my causes of action again. Since Its was my First Amended complaint by mistake, and i want to know which rule and Civil code can help me amend the complaint. I want to change the causes of action and case description.

Face it, you need a lawyer. If it was that easy, people wouldn't need to go to law school.

If the demurrer was sustained without leave to amend, your case is going to be dismissed. You need an appellate attorney.
