hurt on the job boss didnt have workers comp still waiting to have surgey has, he also forged a 1099 on me some thing i never singed,also cant get SDI or EDD bens what can i do

Hire a lawyer and sue. It certainly doesn't sound like you are going to get any results from a person like that any other way.
