Interest on a judgement
I was awarded a judgement for unlawful detainer in August, 1995. The total judgement is $1,478.00. What percentage of interest am I allowed to charge, and is the interest charged per month or per year?

Post-judgment interest on California judgments accrues at 10% per year. The interest is simple, not compound.
