Judge say's my 17 year old son is responsable for car crash but I'm sued by the

My 17 year old so was cited for driving and crashing a lady's car.

The judge in juvinal court said to my son ''your responsable for this, not your father'' and she then fined him $117.00. The question is, does the juvinal judges decision nullafy

my being sued in civil court? I lost in civil court because the civil judge say's that I am responsable because I'm his father.

The juvenile court judge was not doubt refering to the fine that was levied on your son. The purpose if for your son to learn to be responsible for his conduct.

The civil case refers to liability for the damage that resulted from driving of a vehicle.
