Need a lawyer to repersent a group of defendants in a interpleader action lawsuit.

First, there can be conflicts whenever an attorney represents more than one client. Even when it appears at first that they have the same interests, they can develop differences later on in the case, such as when one client wants to settle and another does not. Assuming appropriate waivers can be obtained, then group representation is possible. I have a lot of experience with Interpleaders and would be happy to discuss potential representation.
