Lease Agreement
Can an individual (not a business) enter into a legally binding lease agreement with another individual for equipment such as a concrete pump?

Yes. For an expensive item like a concrete pump, be sure the agreement is in writing and contemplates the complete understanding of the each party’s rights and obligations. Our office frequently drafts such documents if you would like to discuss.
