If i am not on the deed what happen, but I was the one paying the mortgage of the house for 13 years. After 13 years of paying, my sister and brother who is on the deed tould me I have no more legal right to the house we bought which we have to agree to share the payment.They left the house saying they could no longer help paying the mortgage, since they are leaving in the appartment that time

IF you can prove you have been paying under such an agreement, then you have grounds for a lawsuit against them. Make sure the house is not lost to foreclosure, or you will lose your best source of recovery if you win. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing this right.

It sounds to me that you may be what the law calls the "equitable owner" of the home. Not having title in your name is a problem, but not a problem that cannot be overcome legally.
