Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

If I meet someone on the street and he is a felon begging for money, and I give him a ride to the bank where he has thousands of dollars in his account, and I have done nothing to stop him from running amok with his money, Do I have a fidiciuary duty to this person.

Merely giving this person a ride to the bank would not make you his fiduciary.
