Negligence of permanent makeup artist can I sue?

I went to a permanent artist and she tattoed eyebrows uneven and very lopsided, can I sue her?

Can another permanent artist repair them? You can sue for the cost of repair. You have an obligation to mitigate -- or lessen -- your damages.

Sure sounds like proper grounds for suit. Case value will take into consideration the cost to correct the problems, if possible, the impact on your life, etc. Of concern to any attorney is the financial viability of the defendant; that means, are you going to be able to collect anything from them, or will they just disappear if sued.
