Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

neighbor problem

I was terminated from my job after my neighbor called my employer and stated I was taking extened breaks and stealing company property. After 7 months away from my job, my case went to arbitration. The arbitration lasted one day. After 2 days I was called by my union rep and was offered my job back by my employer with all my benifits restored. I went back to work for 9 months and have since retired from this job.The identity of my neighbor was to be kept from me by my employer but my union gave me this info.My question to you is, would there be a legal problem for me if I was to tell my other neighbors what they have done to me and could I reveal their names

Re: neighbor problem

What would be the point of telling all the neighbors about what this particular neighbor did to You? All this would accomplish is to place you in a position of exposure. Why don't you sue the neighbor instead? That is a much better solution.
