Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Neighbor(s) Hindering Mail Delivery

I am not sure whom yet, but someone in my bulding is trying to prevent from receiving my package delivery. We live in a secured building so I have to let the deliverers know how to leave my package. I had this on a Fed Ex slip, but it was taken off the from bulding's door. So I have had to post notes, which also have been taken off. I have a note from this person or persons, that I should'nt be doing that and they have told me to get a P.O. Box, but lots of places won't deliver to those and I feel I have every right to receive my mail or packages where I live. I have not had a problem with this in the past. This has become increasingly annoying to me.

Thank You For Your Time!

Re: Neighbor(s) Hindering Mail Delivery

Hmm. I would talk with the FedEx supervisor and see what they suggest. I'm sure they've encountered similar situations before. Perhaps there's more of an issue with your neighbor than just mail delivery. Why not sit down with a neutral third party and figure out if there's a workable compromise.
