Obligation to Disclose Closed-Curcuit Video Surveillance Cameras to Clients

My company provides executive office space in the State of California. We are planning the installation of security cameras in public spaces throughout our facilities (common hallways, lunchroom, elevator lobby, etc.). What type of notification are we obliged to post for our clients and our guests?
