I have been sent on three occasions over 400 miles to court, all ruled wrong jurisdiction, Can I sue for the costs of travel and missed work?

This depends on whether you are a defendant or subpoenaed party. If the case was dismissed you may be able to recover your costs. More information is needed to answer your question.

You need to say on what basis you were "sent" and by whom for us to be able to answer your question. If you have been sued three times in the wrong jurisdiction by the same plaintiff, I would be happy to talk to you about taking an abuse of process case against them on your behalf.
