Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

opposition to plaintiffs motion to remove case from bankruptcy to state court

I need to write a letter in opposition to removing a case where I am a defendant (this is a frivilous civil case filed by the person who is also the debtor in a bankruptcy of 20 million dollars) from bankruptcy to State Court.

I am not a lawyer but need the basic form with which to respond.

The "basic form with which to respond" is not a letter at all. It is a formal opposition. Without knowing why the moving party claims the case should be removed, there is no way to suggest what arguments your opposition should contain.
