Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Is an order granting a motion for summary adjudication (not to be confused with summary judgment) rendered in California entitled to full faith and credit by the courts of other states, as it is not considered a "final judgment"? Specifically, is it entitled to full faith and credit in Pennsylvania and Oregon?
