Owner sales car to a third party and Third party does not change the registration with DMV. Third Party sell the car for more than it worth to another party. Now the party that purchase the vehicle is now suing the original owner. What can the orginal owner do??
File a cross-complaint against Third Party. Assuming of course that you have the bill of sale.
It depends on why the second purchaser is suing. Without knowing what the claims are against the original owner, there is no way to answer.
