Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

A person told my wife that I sleep arround with other women

Guy I sued for my money told my wife and my mother in law that I had sex with women in my restaurant front of his adult children. My mother in law, my wife, and I had a huge verbal figt because of that. I never slept with anyone. he just wants to destroy my family. Can I sue him for that?

Yes.

Telling a lie about someone is Slander.

Telling a lie about someone's sexual activity, especially in this situation is Slander Per Se, which means that damages are presumed.

As long as he is not telling the truth, you have what appears to be a good case for Slander Per Se.
