Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Personal retribution

A County employee is using county computers to follow me for personal harassment. I have gotten a restraining order in the works, I have had to disconnect my phone, she uses county equipment and resources to find me and harass me where I go. I have gone to her superiors and an investigation is in the process. Can I seek retribution, and what other steps can I take . This has caused me much emotional stress.

You can sue her for invasion of privacy, and probably a couple of other things.
