Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am a plaintiff in a law suit, suing on a loan (breach of contract), in which the defendant pledged as collateral by assignment, all rights, in case of breach, to what now has been confirmed to be an unassignable pension fund. A count of fraud has been specified in the suit, specifically regarding this matter. If I prevail in the suit, especially on this count, is there any way to break into the pension fund (OJ aside)?

If it is unassignable, most likely the answer is "no." You shoud eventually be able to attach the distributions, however.
