Can you change power of Attorney from one person to another?

Yes. You would have to first revoke the original power of attorney and then execute a new one. They can be done concurrently. Make sure to notarize both, and notify the old attorney-in-fact that the powers are revoked, and notify all creditors, banks, etc., of the change.
