Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am pro-per. Can I call the opposing attorney and ask for all his information pertaining to an upcoming hearing? Can I also get information from other parties involved..i.e. therapist, counselors?

You can ask, but whether you'll get it is another question. There are discovery procedures which, if done properly, will obligate the other side to respond (though perhaps not the way you want). Other types of requests usually won't get you anywhere unless the other party is aligned with you and wants to cooperate.
