Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

public nudity portrayal laws

My question is in regard to whether or no it is legal to post nude pictures of other people on the internet if these other people voluntarily exposed themselves in a public place. Specifically I am speaking of San Luis Obispo County. I was interested in all codes and statutes that govern this area of the law. I can't afford to consult a lawyer and was looking for any information that would help, and advice on how to thoroughly research the subject. Thankyou very much.

anyone doing that is just begging for a criminal prosecution and a civil suit. If it is you and you are arrested or sued, give me a call, as I practice in SLO county.
