Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

It has recently come to my attention that my neighbor has put up a surviellance camera, so that he can watch his pickup. But in the view of his pickup, he has constant view of my front door and yard. Is his violating any of my rights? If so, is there anything I can legally do?
