Can you get a restraining order on someone who.lives in your house

You absolutely may if there is reason for such an order (i.e. violence, etc)

You certainly can, but not one that will allow them to remain in the house. Any restraining order would make it impossible to comply with the order and cohabitate. So the restrained person will 99.9% of the time be ordered out of the house as well. The only exceptions are if the protected person agrees to move elsewhere, or the restrained person can show it would be a severe hardship to leave the house and the protected person has ample equally suitable other options for where to live.
