Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Restraint orders

I would like to contest a mutual restraining order. I would like to have my order against the individual dismissed and vice versa. The order is to expire on 10/31/01. I do not want to renew my order and I want to ensure that the individual does not renew her's. I no longer want this on my record. I reside more than 30 miles away from this person and no longer in need of this order. What action do I need to take with the court?

Thanks.
