Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I apologize for my colleagues' comments. There's no excuse, although everyone's under a lot of pressure lately. This is not the place to vent, though. Feel free to e-mail me directly with your question and I'll see if I can give you some direction.

You should write directly to the attorney. I have been guilty of being flippant at times. On the other hand, I sometimes say things that are not the things the questioner wants to hear. I firmly believe it's not my job to tell people what it is they want to hear. Sometimes the truth hurts.

You are correct there are attorney responses that are improperly and inexcusabely rude.
