Sale of a motorbike.
I sold a motorcycle that I co-bought with a friend but did not have paid off I gave my friend the money to pay the motorcycle off but he kept the money. Now the man that bought the bike is bringing legal action because he never received the pink slip. Is this a civil matter where he will sue me, or is it criminal where I can go to jail? Thank you.

It's a civil action. You may need to file a lawsuit against your friend.
