i have been servier a summons (citacion judicial) in a law suit

what? this the number of the form or forms i used to file a wrtten response at court-- orange county superior court in the state of california, i have 30 days to file on this matter (complaint for damages in subrogation) and where can i get this form or forms to response on this matter -==thank for your time

Check out http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/documents/982115.pdf You have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (the free program). If the other person caused you damage (i.e. in a car accident), you might want to file a cross-complaint. Talk to a lawyer. A lawsuit against you is a serious matter. Good luck!
