,my sisters have filed a restraining order against me and my son, we are both adults, put my mother in a rest home and have a power of attorney, we are not allowed to see her, what can i do,

what is the basis of the restraining order? You can fight them in court, may take several dates.

Contest the RO at the hearing you got notice of. If you don't, the temporary one becomes permanent.
