small claims-time limit on recovering damages

Is there a time limit on trying to recover damages in small claims court from an internet company?

If it's for breach of an oral agreement, two years from the breach in which to file a lawsuit. If a written agreement, four years. The judgment lasts 10 years and can be renewed if done within sufficient time before the 10 years lapses.
